You will apply AMS tools, coach staff, and resolve issues to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, with lean training preferred and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction for a production department (5-40 associates).
• Coach, train, and develop employees on AMS processes and safety.
• Lead Tier One meetings and drive continuous improvement using AMS tools.
