Responsibilities

• Lead a production team, set expectations, allocate resources, and coach performance.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, quality, and safety standards.
• Analyze data to optimize workflows and staffing.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Maintain adherence to Quality Management System and safety policies.
• Partner cross-functionally for inventory, staffing, and operational planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on team productivity and quality.
• Support employee training and skill development.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.

Preferred Skills

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations.
