Alkegen is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I for the 2nd shift in Lancaster, PA. This part-time, temporary role focuses on set-up and operation of production machinery, with responsibilities spanning die changes, coating lines, and defect troubleshooting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, strong communication, and solid computer literacy. Prior manufacturing experience and BPCS familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over production machinery including die set-up and material changes.
• Maintain continuous operation to minimize downtime.
• Operate presses/CDCH coating lines for prep, coating, sheet separating and deframing.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to maintain quality.
• Stock machines with material throughout the shift.
• Assist tooling personnel with die issues.
• Provide light maintenance on machines or dies.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and BPCS transactions accurately.
• Adhere to safety policies and keep a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
