Job summary

Web Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00pm–2:30am) to run machinery, set up to specifications, and record results. You will train others, maintain passport program compliance, and help keep the line and area safe and customer-ready.

Ideal candidates bring a High School diploma or GED, strong English literacy, and basic computer skills. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and prioritizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand complex work instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery following specifications to meet production targets.
• Train and mentor Manufacturing Associates using passport program.
• Maintain safety and quality documentation during production.
• Support production schedule, handle downtime, and coordinate with QA/Engineering.
