Job summary

Web Industries seeks a Manufacturing Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Vermont. You will operate machinery, follow standard work, and ensure quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to lift heavy material as needed. The position runs Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am, with a focus on meeting production specs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic computer and math skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; team oriented.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to 75 lbs (location dependent).
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to specifications and run production as required.
• Maintain quality documentation and record results.
• Train Manufacturing Associates and support passport program goals.
• Support production schedule and coordinate with other departments.
• Identify downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
