Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Shift Manufacturing Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at our Glasgow, DE facility. You will operate designated production equipment, document materials, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 conformance.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a compensation package of $17.00/hour with a $1.00 shift differential. Candidates must meet the above requirements and be able to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• PC literate with PLC interface experience.
• Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Complete production logs and document products.
• Document raw material usage for finished goods.
• Complete BOM and lot traceability documentation.
• Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for traceability.
• Ensure operations conform to ISO 9001:2015.
