Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Operations and Engineering. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and validate manufacturing equipment, lead project efforts, and collaborate with Quality to ensure compliant processes.

The role requires strong documentation, CAD and office software proficiency, and the ability to guide technicians while maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical device environment is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and support validation.
• Design and run feasibility studies and tests to improve processes and equipment.
• Lead equipment validation projects and investigate non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on complex equipment and document actions.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to ensure compliance and data integrity.
