Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Manufacturing Lab Technician for the 2nd shift in Yellow Springs, OH. The role supports product processing, formulation, and daily GMP-compliant operations to ensure quality and efficiency in production areas.

The Lab Technician will follow tasks from the Lab Manager, assist across departments as needed, and help maintain cleanliness and accurate documentation while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a laboratory setting following health and safety protocols.
• Experience in a highly regulated field producing pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production processing and formulation under Lab Manager guidance.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and quality control in production areas.
• Perform data entry and documentation in accordance with GMP.
