Job summary

MOO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in East Providence to join the maintenance team. You will prepare, configure, and support a wide range of manufacturing equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues that impact production uptime.

You will maintain equipment reliability, coach press operators, and perform preventive and reactive maintenance across presses, laminators, and finishing equipment to ensure consistent output.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach operators and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Open service calls when issues exceed in-house capability or need vendor support, and document symptoms and steps taken.
• Conduct high level PMs on Digital Presses and Laminators, verify color management and settings.
• Perform service and preventive maintenance on Laminators, heat, tension, and speed controls.
• Diagnose and repair issues on Guillotines, Rotary Die Cutters, Slitters, Folders, Wide Format Presses, and Cutting Equipment.
• Provide operator training and ensure equipment operates within OEM tolerances and production needs.
• Troubleshoot Web Presses, Finishing Equipment, Laser Systems, and Manufacturing Support tasks to maintain uptime.
