Job summary

Centurion Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support plant operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and tackling facility repairs during the 2nd shift.

Daily tasks are assigned by the Maintenance Manager. The position requires the ability to work independently on 2nd shift, with duties including electrical, mechanical, and facility repairs.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with 240V and 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, lighting, plumbing, and general facility repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment as scheduled.
• Repair equipment issues that arise during 2nd shift.
• Blow out forklifts and assist with general equipment upkeep.
• Handle after-hours repairs for the front office, including updating office lighting to LED.
• Respond to facility maintenance needs, including plumbing issues.
• Assist during winter weather with plowing and salting sidewalks.
• Communicate maintenance needs, completed work, and follow-up items to the Maintenance Manager.

TFC C, a division of Centurion Industries, Inc., specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum composite panels. From the ground up, TFC designs, fabricates, and installs wall systems using ALPOLIC® aluminum composite panels as well as ACM panels from other manufacturers. We use these panels to develop free-standing canopies, wall systems, fascias, and walkway covers for a wide variety of applications.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by completing preventive maintenance, responding to equipment issues, and handling facility repairs that arise during the shift. This position will receive daily job assignments from the Maintenance Manager.

This is a 2nd Shift Position

Key Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Physically, workers must minimally be able to:
• See well from a distance and at close range (either naturally or with correction)
• Push, pull, lift, carry, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or work at heights as required
• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or facility setting preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience working with 240V and 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, lighting, plumbing, and general facility repair work.
• Ability to work independently during 2nd shift and prioritize urgent maintenance needs.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to assist in other maintenance duties as needed.
