Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent maintenance experience required.
• Prior maintenance technician experience preferred; plastic extrusion exp a plus.
• Forklift and scissor lift maintenance knowledge is desirable.
• Basic electrical knowledge recommended; read schematics/blueprints.
• Must have valid driver’s license and strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnoses malfunctions, executes repairs, and improves reliability.
• Maintains maintenance shop organization and parts inventory.
• Documents work through logs and reports; communicates status to teams.
• Collaborates with production, warehouse, and quality on projects.
• Participates in training and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensures compliance with housekeeping, safety, and work rules.
• Overtime may be required; adheres to safety and operational standards.
