The Wellness Pet Company is seeking a 2nd shift maintenance technician to support production lines in Minnesota. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a range of machinery, including packaging, extrusion, robotics, and conveyors, to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. The role emphasizes GMP/HACCP compliance and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education.
• 1 - 3 years related field experience.
• Read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• MS Office familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure production flow.
• Repair and maintain machinery used in production.
• Troubleshoot process and automation equipment (packaging, extrusion, robotics, conveyors).
• Optimize process parameters with production for quality products.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect products for surface defects and propose adjustments.
• Complete daily maintenance reports and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
