Location: Kaukauna, WI

Shift: 2nd (5:00PM - 3:05AM, Monday - Thursday, 10 hours)

Job description: To maintain pipe fabrication shop equipment and tools to help ensure that TEAM can operate effectively. Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:

Must be able to read a hydraulic and electrical schematic.

  • Trained in Proper Power Industrial Truck Operation.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain piping and cutting equipment.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain blast and metal surface preparation equipment.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain overhead cranes and hoists.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain blast and paint operation and equipment.
  • Must be knowledgeable to service, operate, and able to maintain small tools (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, gas powered, hand tools.)
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not
    safe and discusses the situation with supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • High school diploma and two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers, or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as decimals, percent, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics and fractions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited, standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
