HiFyve is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift at our New Holstein, WI plant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to learn quickly, and forklift certification; welding is a plus. We offer growth within a promote-from-within culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Forklift license/certification required.
• Welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on plant buildings and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and keep it running.
• Monitor equipment pressures and flow rates.
• Monitor boiler performance, water quality and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs and sanitation log records on time.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including sanitary and structural welding.
• Operate a forklift (must become forklift certified).
• Work with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.
• Keep management informed of potential issues.
• Follow all LOTO, permit-required confined space (PRCS) and plant safety procedures.
