Job Summary

This is a 2nd shift position with hours to be determined. The role involves performing basic maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
2. Assist in minor and routine repairs, making decisions on repairs.
3. Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs using hand and power tools.
4. Handle unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, lamp changing, and drywall maintenance.
5. Maintain logs, perform rounds, complete work orders, tests, and inspections.
6. Read and understand detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with drywall and flooring repairs.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and generator monitoring.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
