Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Hamilton, Ohio facility on the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm). You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plastics molding systems, robots, and automated equipment, ensuring production continuity and safety.

Requirements include 3-4 years in automotive manufacturing or technical/associates degree, Siemens PLC/robot experience preferred, and electrical testing skills. Overtime on weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years automotive manufacturing experience or technical/associate's degree.
• Plastics molding machine repair and maintenance experience preferred.
• PLC and robot experience preferred (Siemens). Electrical experience – testing sensors and wiring with multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and implement improvements.
• Participate in 5S and QRQC activities; support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
