American Aluminum Extrusion (AAE) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing equipment in safe, reliable condition across the facility. You will troubleshoot and service machinery, work with motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs, and support upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

The role requires at least two years in industrial maintenance, hands-on skills in welding and rigging, and strict adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Must be skilled in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic welding and rigging.
Ability to use a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting.
Complete work orders safely and perform preventative maintenance.
Willingness to learn AAE's manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain manufacturing equipment in a safe, reliable operating condition.
Troubleshoot, monitor, adjust, repair, install, and service equipment and machinery throughout the facility.
Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-/three-phase electrical systems.
Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety requirements.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment in a safe, reliable, and productive operating condition. This position troubleshoots, monitors, adjusts, repairs, installs, and services equipment and machinery throughout the facility.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
Repair, install, adjust, modify, and service all equipment.
Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.
Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other company safety requirements.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
