Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

A Leading Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in Napoleon, Ohio, is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offering competitive compensation, off-shift premium, bonus potential, good benefits, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Harvard Resource Solutions LLC. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, set up, and operate equipment.
• Fabricate parts and equipment.
• Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machines, determining proper corrective actions.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, including retrofits and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Manage parts inventory for common replaceable items and maintain records using JAC Products' CMMS software.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated competency in industrial maintenance.
• Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of robotics (a plus).
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
