Job summary

Roper Pump Company is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support production equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, using a CMMS for work orders, and following NFPA 70E, LOTO, and PPE protocols. The role requires a two-year maintenance degree or equivalent experience and a hands-on,

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic prints and inspection equipment.
• NFPA 70E awareness, DMM/megger use, basic PLC/HMI navigation (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical to device level and replace components as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors.
• Repair mechanical and drive components; service VFDs and drives.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and document notes.
• Adhere to NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE and safety policies.
• Move and install equipment; maintain building systems as required.
