Job summary

Adient is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Battle Creek, Michigan. You will be responsible for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance to ensure production equipment runs safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a High School Diploma, and familiarity with PLCs. The role includes working second shift and requires physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs. A Journeyman Card and automotive manufacturing background are preferable.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant field experience required.
• Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plus.
• Prior experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Support equipment changeovers and complete scheduled PMs.
