IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Tech to join a vibrant team focused on operational excellence.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines and related automation, while advancing your skills in a safety-conscious environment that values innovation and teamwork. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, precision measurement, and adherence to GMP/ISO/FDA standards.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in manufacturing.
• Pneumatics, grinders, dryers, and ancillary equipment around a press.
• Robotics, hoists, and material-handling equipment.
• Plant systems: plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, air compressors.
• Welding, electronics, or machine shop time.
• Reads drawings and uses calipers and micrometers.
• Preventive maintenance, not only breakdown work.
• High school or equivalent; Associate or bachelor preferred; certifications help pay.
• GMP, ISO 13485, or FDA plant time.
• Will gown up where required.
• Stand/walk for a shift; occasional heavy lifts up to 100 lbs; heat, chemicals, and noise are normal.
