Wellness Pet Company in Decatur, AR seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift) to lead a maintenance team at the manufacturing plant. The role emphasizes safety, PM scheduling, and hands-on leadership to keep production running smoothly.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years in a maintenance/team lead role, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong leadership with experience supervising at least 10 staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a Maintenance/Team Lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in managing employee performance, conducting reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage at least 10 employees.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in Maintenance.
• Interview and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure employee and food safety; coach staff on safe practices.
• Facilitate communication between shifts and teams; maintain PM schedules.
• Oversee maintenance repairs and scheduling around production downtime.
