Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC in Worcester, MA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the maintenance team in a food manufacturing environment. You will coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects to keep equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently.

The role requires 2–4 years of maintenance experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of FDA/USDA, OSHA, and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to organize and supervise a diverse workforce.
• Strong mechanical and planning aptitude.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA/OSHA/EPA regulations for food manufacturing.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee Maintenance team including staffing and training.
• Oversee day-to-day assignments of the Maintenance team.
• Develop scope and assign technicians to work orders with the planner.
• Ensure weekly preventive and predictive maintenance and work orders are completed.
• Investigate and improve equipment reliability to meet production schedules.
• Maintain records of time and production.
