Job summary

Arrowhead Winch in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Maintenance Multicraft Technician for a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with occasional overtime. You will repair and evaluate pumps, motors, and plant systems, including air and hydraulic networks, and assist in lean initiatives.

The role requires reading schematics, welding, and fabricating metal as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Multicraft experience, and familiarity with CMMS Maintimizer, PLC interfaces, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience as a Multicraft technician in a manufacturing facility or equivalent training.
Proficient with CMMS Maintimizer and PLC interface software.
Able to read mechanical drawings and fluid system schematics.
Able to cut, weld and fabricate metal.
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems and 480V 3-phase electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

Repair or replace pumps and motors on production and plant equipment.
Perform evaluation and repair on production and plant equipment.
Inspect and maintain plant air and hydraulic systems.
Assist in maintaining maintenance inventory.
Support machine processes improvements with engineers and operators.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
Identify issues and route to qualified resources.
Perform tasks to meet lean requirements with project teams.
Cut, weld and fabricate metal components.
Install, repair and troubleshoot 480V 3-phase electrical circuits and control voltage.
Work with engineers and project teams on equipment specs and ordering.
