Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM) with flexibility for overtime. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, primarily on the utilities side of maintenance.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe operations, training line operators, working with conveyors, pumps, fillers, packaging equipment and PLCs, and driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability and willingness to make decisions, effectively communicate, problem solve and teach others.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment set-up and centerlining.
• Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate.
