Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems.
• Willingness to learn welding and machining as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
• Analyze problems and perform repairs to equipment.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance and TPM.
• Fabricate or repair parts and install piping (hot/cold water, steam, condensate).
• Complete size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
