Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift at our Cedarburg, WI facilities. The role focuses on aligning, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery, while supporting production staff in safe equipment use.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, hands-on electrical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with 1st shift to ensure continuous maintenance coverage. This is a full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining production machinery and electrical components.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for team communication.
• Ability to work on 2nd shift and coordinate with 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Align and calibrate machinery for safe operation.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair production machinery with electricians.
• Coordinate maintenance coverage across shifts.
• Guide production staff in safe equipment use.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Assist with electrical troubleshooting.
• Document maintenance activities for traceability.
