Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma, plus technical training or equivalent.
• Experience installing and repairing production equipment, including PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical and welding schematics.
• Eligibility to work in the US (no relocation offered).

Responsibilities

• Check boilers, HVAC, air compressors, and refrigeration at startup and shutdown.
• Set up dough sheeting and forming lines each morning, including setting dies.
• Take apart, rebuild, clean, and lubricate production lines and kettles.
• Set up and adjust conveyors and packaging equipment to spec.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across the plant.
• Keep maintenance records, track parts, and order supplies.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and confined space procedures.
