Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic for the Graham, Kentucky facility. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems, perform welding and pipe work, and maintain equipment records.

Strong reading skills and safety compliance are essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, and familiarity with reading drawings and schematics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years technical training and 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics and instructions.
• Strong mathematical skills and safety compliance.
• Experience with programmable hardware/software (Allen‑Bradley preferred).
• Experience with analogue instrumentation and Servo/PC motion control.
• Proficient with hand and machine shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, boiler/plumbing; refrigeration experience desired.
• Perform welding/torch, pipe bending and fitting.
• Make decisions and maintain accurate records (paper and electronic).
