Description

Compensation:

• Rate: $3 1.39/ hour during the probationary period; $34.88/hour after probationary period (per contract)
• Night Shift: Additional $1.50 per hour for working between 6 PM and 6 AM
• Union Role: Becomes a union position after successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work on bakery equipment, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently.
