You will perform setups, measure with inspection tools, coordinate with material flow, and participate in 5S and preventive maintenance. Compensation starts around $27.68 per hour with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machining equipment in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete machining operations on a variety of parts and materials using manual and CNC equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and change over equipment; apply basic program edits when applicable.
• Ensure all work meets quality specifications, tolerances, and production requirements.
• Read and interpret manufacturing documentation such as blueprints, process sheets, work instructions, and material movement documents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area and document results for traceability.
