Job summary

Nidec Minster Corporation, a leading manufacturer of material forming presses in the United States, is hiring for a full-time Machining Support role. You will ensure tooling and machine setups are prepared for all shifts, while performing deburring and other machining support tasks as directed by the Operations Lead.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A strong safety minded work ethic and independent task execution are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and be detail oriented.
• Reading blue prints and use of measuring instruments required.
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment or presets for jobs.
• Preset and load tooling, track consumables, communicate between shifts.
• Complete work promptly to meet delivery deadlines.
• Adhere to Minster quality standards when building tooling and deburring parts.
• Operate moving and lifting equipment as part of production.
• Read blue prints and use basic measuring instruments.
