Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Machine Operator/Production Operator for 2nd shift in Knoxville, TN. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a pay range of $15.00 to $16.75 per hour.

Entry-level candidates are welcome and 2+ years of machine operating or production experience is a plus. You will operate equipment in a food manufacturing environment, follow procedures, and help maintain safety and quality standards while contributing to a smooth production line.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Start up and shut down equipment per procedures.
• Monitor quality and production standards; adjust as needed.
• Follow product specifications and manufacturing procedures.
• Complete production and traceability records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Report safety and equipment concerns promptly.
• Support changeovers and teamwork to keep production flowing.
