Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Machine Packer for 2nd shift in Bethlehem, PA. Start at $16.65/hour plus $2.10 shift differential, with paid breaks and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include packing products off the machine, ensuring carton labels and quantities are correct, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will read and follow work instructions, operate measuring tools, and work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of reading work instructions.
• Must be capable of reading safety rules.
• Must be capable of reading a ruler and operating a calculator.
• Must be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be capable of maintaining good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pack product off machine per orientation on stacking diagrams.
• Pack product into cartons without deforming the product.
• Ensure the carton quantity is correct and every carton is labeled appropriately.
• Measure and test product and identify defects, stopping machinery if needed.
• Maintain a pace that keeps up with machine throughput capabilities.
• Operate case sealing machines and assist team members as needed.
• Practice safe work and report near misses and use of first aid.
