Smalley is seeking a manufacturing operator in Lake Zurich, IL. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we will train you to operate machines and to document results. You will retrieve gauges, tooling, and materials as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Retail and restaurant experience welcomed.
• Requires basic math and English.

Responsibilities

• Learns independently to operate machines.
• Operates all testing equipment including micrometers and calipers.
• Retrieves gauges, tooling, racks, and materials needed.
• Provides complete, accurate documentation when required.
• Maintains safe and clean work area.
