Job summary

IEWC is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to support our distribution warehouse by receiving, handling, processing, and shipping customer materials. You will convert inventory to customer products using respooling machines and ensure adherence to IEWC standards.

Key duties include operating SAP-enabled workflows, validating materials with RF tools, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. This role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic company software and SAP.
• Must meet physical demands of the job.
• Exhibit IEWC values.

Responsibilities

• Review product details in SAP for each order.
• Set up respooling machine per order and run per IEWC respooling standards.
• Prepare packaging for shipment and return unused product to inventory.
• Report damages or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform preventative maintenance on respooling machines.
• Meet or exceed daily production targets.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant workspace.
• Participate in process improvements and communicate professionally.
