Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift + Raymond certification is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (calipers).

Responsibilities

• Operate automated machinery and adjust process parameters for accurate parts.
• Perform machine setup and calibration per specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance; catch defects.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to optimize performance.
