Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks experienced machine operators to begin a new career producing custom cables for municipalities and the defense industry.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating extruders, braiders, stripers, bunchers, plantetary, respoolers and twinners; reading specs; troubleshooting; and identifying part numbers. Physical work with lifting up to 80 lbs; shift 2:00-10:45 pm; immediate start.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read job specifications and determine machine adjustments.
• Must lift up to 80 lbs and have strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must visually differentiate between colors.
• Stable and consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machines such as extruders, braiders, stripers, bunchers, plantetary, respoolers and twinners.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Troubleshoot process problems and correct.
• Identify part numbers and follow production documentation.
