Dupli is a private, family-owned company and began as an envelope printing company focused on servicing major Colleges/Universities, Banks, Credit Unions and Insurance companies in upstate NY. Over the years we have diversified our products to include Stationery, Marketing Collateral, Direct Mail and Repositionable Adhesive products (sticky note pads, wall/floor safe signage). We have also diversified our geography to include plants in Newington, CT and Malvern, PA. One of our key differentiators is our ability to ship lots of small orders. Our technology and online ordering system (DupliOnline) have enabled us to cost efficiently ship over 1200 orders daily. Nearly 90% of our orders come from 250 online platforms that are set up for our customers to order quickly and easily.

Overview:
Dupli Envelope & Graphics is hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our 2nd shift production team as Machine Operators. These roles support our high-speed printing, coating, and finishing operations. Operators will be trained on specific equipment based on department needs and experience. This is a great opportunity to grow within a well-established and technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines for printing, coating, or finishing processes.
• Perform basic setup, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure job accuracy.
• Load materials into machines and remove finished goods for packaging.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or material defects.
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Support teammates across departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or print production is a plus but not required-training will be provided.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation:

• This is a 2nd shift position: Monday - Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
• Includes a shift differential in addition to hourly pay.

Hourly Rate - $17 to $24 per hour dependent on experience.
