The position involves operating and adjusting machinery, performing changeovers, and maintaining production logs while upholding safety and quality standards in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer competency for documentation and reporting.
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and shut down production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and routine cleanings.
• Inspect materials and monitor product quality during production runs.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain accurate production logs and follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
