Responsibilities

• Operate and shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into components.
• Prepare and set up: Set up machines and confirm specifications from drawings or blueprints.
• Lift and position materials: Safely use lifting devices to move components as needed.
• Ensure quality: Use measuring tools to inspect materials before, during, and after production.
• Contribute to improvement: Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize: Track inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S standards.
