Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Machine Operator to join a premier manufacturing client in Hernando, MS. The role focuses on operating high-speed production lines, performing changeovers, documenting logs, and upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years of production experience in manufacturing; willingness to work a 2:30pm–1am shift; and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment with PPE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read gauges, dials, and indicators.
• Familiarity with MSDS, lock-out/tag-out, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed production lines.
• Fill packaging from pint to 55-gallon drums.
• Document production processes and logs.
• Perform adjustments and changeovers for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct first-piece and line inspections to uphold standards.
