Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. on Canal Street in Milwaukee, WI, is hiring a Machine Operator for 2nd shift. You will operate production equipment, set up machinery, monitor flow, and help ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You’ll work Monday-Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm with possible Sunday OT. The team collaborates with production, quality, maintenance and operations to keep high-volume pizza production running smoothly, while embracing safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with machine operation.
• Proven ability to understand how machines work and operate them efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment.
• Setup machinery and monitor operation, adjust as needed, and feed supplies/ingredients.
• Make weight, time, and other checks to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Maintain area housekeeping and ensure machine start-up is on time and safe.
