Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions in Batavia, IL is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to operate production machines to cut, shape, and finish cement and foam wall panels. The role is on-site for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm, Monday to Friday) with a pay rate of $21.75 per hour.

You will load raw materials, monitor performance, perform basic quality checks, measure materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area while reporting issues to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to cut, shape, and finish cement and foam wall panels
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Measure materials using basic measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
