Job summary

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is seeking skilled machinists for 2nd shift in Manitowoc, WI. Work from 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Thursday, with every weekend a 3-day weekend. Earn $25+ per hour depending on experience in a climate-controlled shop.

You will set up CNC centers, build and modify toolpaths, read blueprints, and collaborate with engineers to improve tooling and design. MP&M supports its workforce with stable, growing opportunity and weekend advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC machining centers from blueprint to first good part.
• Ability to read blueprints and process sheets and catch issues early.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on problem solving.
