We are looking to fill 2nd Shift Machine Operator positions. Machine Operators operate machines requiring a normal amount of skill to change the shape or conditioning of materials.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Observe machine operation and verify conformance of machined parts to specifications using the "In Process Check Sheet" (Green Sheet).
• Check for quality alerts in respective areas (Light Booths).
• Follow the production control board for run quantities.
• Keep area clean and clutter-free.
• Recognize and make minor adjustments to programs to correct part fitment or appearance.
• Perform quality checks as per the "In Process Check Sheet" (Green Sheet).
• Follow daily operating plan for the machine, including safety and mechanical checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Previous CNC experience is preferred.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to meet and exceed productivity standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Dependability.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
