Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Redlands, CA is hiring a Second Shift Forklift Operator to support dock and warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, loading and unloading goods and ensuring safe, efficient movement of products throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate has forklift certification and warehouse experience, with adherence to safety standards. This full-time role offers competitive pay and eligibility for monthly performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate screening, grinding and packing equipment.
• Load, unload and clear product from hopper trucks and rail cars.
• Accurately maintain logs and data sheets for work orders and equipment.
• Keep records for production and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain all quality specifications for machinery and equipment.
• Operate systems to meet production goals set by the supervisor.
• Keep the facility neat, clean and orderly.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Occasionally move products using a forklift.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
