Briarwood Village in Bowling Green, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN for full-time 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The ideal candidate provides resident care under supervision of an RN or physician, administering medications and following care plans.

Responsibilities include documenting care, answering call lights, reporting abnormalities, and contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented environment. A nursing degree and current LPN license are required; CPR certification is recommended.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.
• Answer call lights
• Complete documentation of care given
• Follow residents care plans
• Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions
