Job summary

NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. in South Carolina seeks a 2nd Shift Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and implement safety standards. Qualifications

• Current Team Leader or have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of material service, warehousing and transportation functions.
• Ability to use production and administrative software applications.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and direct people to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safety-first work environment for all Associates.
• Monitor area/shift to ensure safe and proper work practices and ISO 9001/14001 adherence.
• Lead Team Leaders to meet customer/site requirements.
• Adjust staffing to meet daily and fluctuating production schedules.
• Maximize quality and productivity by following SOPs and analyzing variances.
