2nd SHIFT LOGISTICS/SHIPPING LOADER (Finance)

Position Summary: Responsible for loading outbound product onto trailers while monitoring and ensuring product accuracy and quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED plus six months experience in a distribution center and six months as an order filler, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and correspondence; effectively communicate in small groups and one-on-one.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills involving standard situations.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Strong sense of purpose and urgency in movement.
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime regularly.
  • Familiarity with distribution center terminology and processes.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet production standards.
